بررسی تنوع ژنتیکی و پایداری عملکرد دانه ژنوتیپ‌های عدس با استفاده از روش‌های ناپارامتری

یکی از مباحث مهم در به‌نژادی گیاهان زراعی، مبحث اثر متقابل ژنوتیپ × محیط می‌باشد. روش‌های متعدد آماری برای برآورد اثر متقابل ژنوتیپ × محیط و انتخاب ژنوتیپ‌های پایدار و پر محصول معرفی شده است. در این پژوهش 14 ژنوتیپ‌ عدس به‌همراه دو شاهد سپهر و گچساران، طی چهار سال زراعی (99-1395) بررسی شدند. آزمایش‌ها در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در ایستگاه تحقیقات کشاورزی سراب چنگایی خرم‌آباد انجام گرفت. برای بررسی اثر متقابل ژنوتیپ × محیط از تجزیه واریانس مرکب استفاده شد و نتایج حاصل از این تجزیه نشان‌دهنده معنی‌داری اثرات سال، ژنوتیپ و اثر متقابل ژنوتیپ × سال (محیط) بود. بر اساس آماره‌های Si(1)، Si(2) و NPi(1) ژنوتیپ‌های (FLIP2014-032L) G5 و (ILL8006) G12 دارای پایداری بالاتر با عملکرد بیشتر معرفی شدند. بر اساس آماره‌های ناپارامتری مختلف ژنوتیپ‌های (FLIP2014-032L) G5 با میانگین عملکرد دانه 1574.68 کیلوگرم در هکتار و ژنوتیپ (ILL8006) G12 با میانگین عملکرد دانه 1333.6 کیلوگرم در هکتار به‌عنوان ژنوتیپ‌های پایدار معرفی شدند. میزان وراثت‌پذیری بر اساس میانگین پلات برای صفت عملکرد در چهار سال (0.18±0.61) برآورد شد که حاکی از قابلیت انتخاب و بهبود صفت عملکرد دانه برای ژنوتیپ‌های مورد مطالعه بود. بر اساس نتایج حاصل از تجزیه خوشه‌ای ژنوتیپ‌ها در سه خوشه اصلی قرار گرفتند. بیشترین فاصله میان گروه دوم و سوم مشاهده شد. ژنوتیپ‌های خوشه اول از پایداری بالایی برخوردار بودند.
