qGW، یک QTL پایدار و بزرگ اثر برای افزایش وزن دانه برنج (Oryza sativa L)

به‌‌منظور تجزیه ژنتیکی صفات زراعی در برنج، آزمایشی با 116 رگه خویش آمیخته‌‌ نوترکیب F9 حاصل از تلاقی ارقام اهلمی‌طارم × سپیدرود در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه گنبدکاووس با سه تکرار در سال‌‌های 1395 و 1396 اجرا شد. نقشه پیوستگی جمعیت با 80 نشانگر SSR، 28 آلل چندشکل iPBS (79 آلل چند‌شکل)، 7نشانگر IRAP (17 آلل) و 26 نشانگر ISSR (70آلل) تهیه شد که 1275.4 سانتی مورگان از ژنوم برنج را پوشش داد. تجزیه QTL به روش مکان‌یابی فاصله‌‌ای مرکب (CIM) انجام شد و در مجموع دو سال، پانزده QTL برای صفات مورد مطالعه مکان‌‌یابی شد. اثر افزایشی QTLهای ردیابی شده بین 6.725 گرم برای وزن دانه تا 85.626- گرم برای وزن دانه متغیر بود. واریانس فنوتیپی توجیه شده توسط این QTLها نیز از 11.3تا 20 درصد متغیر بود. بیشترین میزان توجیه، مربوط به QTL وزن دانه در سال اول آزمایش بود. از بین QTLهای ردیابی شده، qGWهای روی کروموزوم یک به‌‌عنوان QTLهای پایدار و بزرگ اثر برای افزایش وزن دانه برنج (Oryza sativa L.) شناسایی شد که پس از تعیین اعتبار می‌‌تواند در برنامه‌‌های اصلاحی و انتخاب به کمک نشانگر مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
