تجزیه ژنتیکی پاسخ به تنش کمبود آب در صفات فیزیولوژیک در گندم

کم‌آبی یکی از مهم‌ترین عوامل محدودکننده تولید در کشاورزی به ویژه در مناطق خـشک و نیمه‌خشک به‌حساب می‌آید و کمبود آب (بویژه در مراحل زایشی) به علت عدم بـارش و یا توزیـع نامناسـب بارنـدگی از علـل محدودکننده عملکرد به شمار می‌رود. در این پژوهش، تلاقی بین رقم Gaspard (والد حساس به کم‌آبی) و لاین DN11 (والد متحمل) انجام شد. نسل‌های F1، F2، F3، BC1 و BC2 حاصل، به‌همراه والدین، در طرح آزمایشی بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی، در شرایط آبیاری عادی و تنش کمبود آب انتهای فصل هرکدام در سه تکرار و دو سال متوالی کشت شدند. صفات فیزیولوژیک برای نمونه ‏های تک‌بوته اندازه‌گیری شد. تجزیه واریانس وزنی داده‏ها نشان داد که تنش کمبود آب باعث کاهش معنی‌دار در مساحت برگ پرچم و کاهش غیرمعنی دار در هدایت روزنه‌ای شده است. تجزیه میانگین نسل‏ ها برای صفات شاخص کلروفیل با نتایج متفاوتی از لحاظ مدل ‏های برازش داده شده رگرسیونی برای هر محیط همراه بود‏، ولی برای صفت ضریب هدایت روزنه نتایج تجزیه میانگین نسل‏ ها در دو شرایط نرمال و تنش یکسان بود. علاوه‌بر اثرات افزایشی و غالبیت، اثرات متقابل اپیستازی نیز در وراثت کلیه صفات مورد بررسی نقش داشتند. بیشتر این اثرات متقابل از نوع اثرات مضاعف بود. در صفت مساحت برگ پرچم اثر افزایشی همراه با اثرات متقابل افزایشی × غالبیت و غالبیت × غالبیت در توارث نقش داشتند. در محتوای نسبی آب علاوه‌بر این اثرات، اثر غالبیت نیز در توارث نقش داشت. تجزیه واریانس نسل‌ها نشان داد که عمل ژن برای صفت محتوای آب نسبی افزایشی، برای صفت مساحت برگ پرچم غالبیت و برای صفت ضریب هدایت روزنه (هر دو شرایط تنش و نرمال) فوق‌غالبیت بود. عمل ژن برای صفت شاخص کلروفیل در شرایط تنش فوق‌غالبیت و در شرایط نرمال افزایشی بود.
