مطالعه قابلیت ترکیب‌پذیری و برآورد اثرات ژن در برخی صفات لاین‌های اینبرد ذرت شیرین (var saccarata Zea mays L.) به‌روش تلاقی لاین × تستر

دستیابی به نتایج مطلوب در برنامه‌های به‌نژادی گیاهی، نیازمند انتخاب آگاهانه والدین بر اساس قابلیت ترکیب‌پذیری عمومی و خصوصی و نوع اثرات ژن‌ها می‌باشد. به‌منظور برآورد اجزای واریانس ژنتیکی و قابلیت ترکیب‌پذیری عمومی و خصوصی لاین‌های ذرت شیرین، آزمایشی با استفاده از 8 لاین اینبرد S6 ذرت شیرین شامل 4 لاین مادری و 4 والد پدری با استفاده از یک طرح ژنتیکی لاین × تستر در سال 1398 در ایستگاه طرق مرکز تحقیقات و آموزش کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی خراسان رضوی انجام شد. ترکیبات تست‌کراس حاصل از این تلاقی‌ها برای شرکت در آزمون نتاج در یک طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با 3 تکرار در سال 1399 مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. نتایج تجزیه لاین × تستر نشان داد اثر لاین، تستر و لاین × تستر برای اکثر صفات اندازه‌گیری شده دارای اختلاف معنی‌دار بودند (p < 0.05). تغییرات نسبت σ2gca/σ2sca برای صفت عملکرد دانه برابر با 0.1 برآورد گردید و نشان داد که هر دو اثر افزایشی و غالبیت در کنترل این صفت نقش دارند، اما سهم اثر غالبیت بیشتر بود. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد ترکیب‌پذیری عمومی لاین‌های L3 و T1 برای صفت عملکرد دانه با اثر GCA مثبت و معنی‌دار برآورد گردید. همچنین نتایج عملکرد دانه نشان داد که ترکیبات T1 ×L3 ، T4 ×L2  و T1 ×L4  به‌ترتیب با میانگین عملکرد بلال سبز 33.96، 30.47 و 27.85 تن‌ در‌ هکتار برترین هیبریدها بودند.  این ترکیبات می‌توانند به‌عنوان هیبریدهایی با پتانسیل عملکرد بالا در برنامه‌های اصلاحی پیشرفته برای تولید و معرفی ارقام جدید ذرت شیرین مورد استفاده گیرند.
