مطالعه کاریولوژیکی برخی از گونه‌های گون ( .Astragalus spp) در رویشگاه‌های مختلف ایران

جنس گون با داشتن بیش از 800 گونه، یکی از بزرگ‌ترین جنس‌های گیاهی در ایران است و اکثر گونه‌های آن دارویی و بومی هستند. در این مطالعه خصوصیات کاریوتیپی 21 جمعیت از 13 گونه گون شامل A. vegetus، A. iranicus، A. vanillae، A. chrysostachys، A. glycyphyllos، A. bombycinos،A. campylorrhynchus، A. macrourus، A. caragana، A. ebenoides، A. pseudocyclophyllus،A. stevenianus و jodostachys A. مورد بررسی و مقایسه قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که بین جمعیت‌ها از لحاظ تمام صفات اندازه­گیری شده (TL، LA، SA، AR، CI، TF%، DRL، LA% و SA%)، به‌استثنای صفات A1 و A2، اختلاف معنی­داری وجود دارد. جمعیت 25786 از گونه vegetus A.  از خراسان با میانگین طول 51/4 میکرومتر، بیشترین طول کل کروموزوم و جمعیت 13764 از گونه A. vanillae از قم با مقدار 67/2 میکرومتر کم‌ترین میانگین طول کل کروموزوم را داشتند. با توجه به مقادیر صفات AR، CI، TF%، A1، A2، DRL، LA% و SA%، جمعیت 3421 از گونه A.vegetus نامتقارن‌ترین و جمعیت 29586 از گونه  A. campylorrhynchus متقارن‌ترین کاریوتیپ را داشتند.
