تبارشناسی تعدادی از ارقام ایرانی گل داوودی با استفاده از نشانگر‌های مولکولی ITS

گل ‌داوودی ‌(Chrysanthemum morifolium) ‌یکی ‌از ‌مهمترین ‌گیاهان ‌زینتی ‌دنیاست ‌که ‌نقش ‌مهمی ‌در ‌رونق ‌صنعت ‌گل ‌و ‌گیاهان ‌باغی ‌در ‌دنیا ‌دارد. ‌آگاهی ‌از ‌تنوع ‌ژنتیکی ‌گل ‌داوودی، ‌یکی ‌از ‌پیشنیازهای ‌بهنژادی ‌این ‌گیاه ‌در ‌جهت ‌اهداف ‌مهم ‌اقتصادی ‌است. ‌نشانگرهای ‌مولکولی ‌سهم ‌بهسزایی ‌در ‌تشخیص ‌و ‌معرفی ‌تنوع ‌ژنتیکی ‌بین ‌و ‌درونگونهای ‌دارند. ‌در ‌همین ‌راستا، ‌تنوع ‌ژنتیکی ‌تعدادی ‌از ‌ارقام ‌گلهای ‌داوودی ‌موجود ‌در ‌ایران ‌با ‌استفاده ‌از ‌توالییابی ‌قسمتی ‌از ‌rDNA ‌به ‌کمک ‌آغازگرهای ‌ITS4 ‌و ‌ITS5 ‌بررسی ‌شد. ‌فاصله ‌ژنتیکی ‌ارقام ‌داوودی ‌از 0.05 ‌تا ‌10.15 ‌متغیر ‌بود ‌که ‌نشان ‌دهندهی ‌تنوع ‌ژنتیکی ‌در ‌بین ‌ارقام ‌ایرانی ‌گل ‌داوودی ‌بود. ‌درخت ‌فیلوژنی ‌گونههای ‌گل ‌داوودی ‌به ‌روش ‌پارسیمونی ‌ترسیم ‌شد ‌و ‌ارقام ‌را ‌به ‌دو ‌کلاد ‌اساسی، ‌یکی ‌مربوط ‌به ‌کلاد ‌موریفولیوم ‌و ‌دیگری ‌کلاد ‌مربوط ‌به ‌بقیه ‌گونههای ‌داوودی، ‌تقسیم ‌نمود ‌که ‌نشان ‌دهندهی ‌قدرت ‌نشانگر ‌ITS ‌در ‌نشان ‌دادن ‌تنوع ‌ژنتیکی ‌بین ‌ارقام ‌گل ‌داوودی ‌بود. ‌در ‌درخت ‌تبارشناسی، ‌تمام ‌ارقام ‌ایرانی ‌در ‌کلاد ‌موریفولیوم ‌قرار ‌گرفتند ‌که ‌نشان ‌میدهد ‌احتمالاً ‌تمام ‌ارقام ‌ایرانی ‌از ‌یک ‌ژنوتیپ ‌یا ‌توده ‌منشا ‌گرفتهاند. ‌نتایج ‌تبارشناسی ‌ارقام ‌داوودی ‌نشان ‌داد ‌که ‌تغییرات ‌و ‌تنوع ‌ژنتیکی ‌فراوانی ‌در ‌جنس ‌گل ‌داوودی ‌مشاهده ‌میشود. ‌این ‌موضوع ‌نشان ‌میدهد ‌که ‌در ‌جریان ‌تکامل، ‌دورگگیریهای ‌درونگونهای، ‌بینگونهای ‌و ‌حتی ‌بینجمعیتی ‌در ‌این ‌گیاه ‌سبب ‌ایجاد ‌تنوع ‌فوقالعادهای ‌شده ‌است ‌که ‌در ‌نتیجه ‌میتوان ‌از ‌آنها ‌در ‌کارهای ‌بهنژادی ‌استفاده ‌کرد.
