تعیین تنوع هاپلوتایپی و ارتباط بین صفات مطلوب زراعی و آلل‌های ریزماهواره واقع بر کروموزوم‌های 4B و 7D گندم نان

این پژوهش با هدف تعیین گروه‌های هاپلوتایپی و شناسایی آلل‌های اختصاصی برای صفات مطلوب زراعی گندم نان انجام شد. به‌همین منظور 42 ژنوتیپ گندم بومی ایران و 9 رقم تجاری به‏همراه رقم بهاره چینی (ژنوتیپ مرجع) در قالب طرح آگمنت کشت و از نظر 13 صفت فنوتیپی کمی ارزیابی شدند. نتایج آمار توصیفی نشان داد که صفات طول ریشک و روز تا گلدهی به‌ترتیب بالاترین و پایین‌ترین ضریب تغییرات فنوتیپی را داشتند. به‌منظور بررسی تنوع هاپلوتایپی QTL مرتبط با صفات فنوتیپی واقع بر کروموزوم‌های 4B و 7D گندم نان از هشت نشانگر ریزماهواره استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که ژنوتیپ‌های مورد بررسی با توجه به مطابقت آللی با ژنوتیپ مرجع در کروموزوم‌های 4B و 7D به‌ترتیب در 13 و شش گروه هاپلوتایپی قرار گرفتند. به‌منظور بررسی وجود ارتباط بین صفات و نشانگرها، تجزیه واریانس در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با تکرار نامساوی برای تک‌تک نشانگرها انجام شد. در مجموع از 13 صفت مورد بررسی، برای هشت صفت ارتباط معنی‌دار آماری مشاهده شد و برای سه صفت به‌طور هم‌زمان یک آلل اختصاصی معرفی گردید. چنانچه اصلاحگر علاقه‌مند به گزینش ژنوتیپ‌هایی باشد که به‌طور هم‌زمان سه حالت مطلوب یعنی گلدهی زودتر، نیمه‌پاکوتاهی و تعداد بیشتر دانه در سنبله را داشته باشند، می‌تواند از آلل اختصاصی شناسایی شده (153جفتباز) نشانگر Xgwm149-4B استفاده کند.
