ارزیابی پایداری عملکرد دانه ژنوتیپ‌های گندم دوروم با استفاده از روش‌های پارامتری و ناپارامتری

گندم دوروم ( .L Triticum turgidum) مانند بیشتر گیاهان زراعی دیگر، تحت تأثیر تنش‌های مختلفی قرار می‌گیرد؛ بنابراین، ارقامی که علاوه‌بر توانایی تولید عملکرد بالاتر، بتوانند پتانسیل عملکرد خود را در سال‌ها و مکان‌های مختلف حفظ کنند، ارقام برتر به‌شمار می‌آیند. به‌منظور دست‌یابی به ژنوتیپ‌های پرمحصول و پایدار گندم دوروم، 16 لاین همراه با دو رقم شاهد دهدشت و سیمره در چهار منطقه گچساران، گنبد، خرم‌آباد و مغان به‌صورت طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی در چهار تکرار طی سه سال زراعی (95-1392) مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. تجزیه مرکب داده‌ها اثر معنی‌دار ژنوتیپ، محیط و برهمکنش ژنوتیپ × محیط را نشان داد. ژنوتیپ 6 و ژنوتیپ 18 به‌ترتیب بیشترین و کمترین میزان عملکرد دانه را داشتند. بر پایه روش‌های پارامتری، ژنوتیپ‌های 3، 5، 15، 13 و 16 و بر پایه روش‌های ناپارامتری، ژنوتیپ‌های 1، 3، 4، 5، 15 و 3، پایدارترین ژنوتیپ‌ها بودند. بر پایه مجموع رتبه‌ی کنگ، ژنوتیپ‌های 15، 5، 6 و 1 پایدارتر از ژنوتیپ‌های دیگر بودند. از شاخص انتخاب ژنوتیپ ایده‌آل (SIIG) برای ادغام تمام شاخص‌ها در یک شاخص استفاده شد که بر پایه آن، ژنوتیپ‌های 5 و 15 با داشتن بیشترین میزان شاخص SIIG و عملکرد دانه، ژنوتیپ‌های برتر بودند. بر پایه تمام شاخص‌ها، ژنوتیپ‌های 5 و 15 پایدارترین ژنوتیپ‌ها از نظر عملکرد دانه بود و می‌توانند در پروسه‌های معرفی رقم به‌کار گرفته شود.
