ارزیابی لاین‌های خالص آفتابگردان روغنی در شرایط بهینه و کمبود فسفر قابل‌جذب بر اساس برخی صفات فیزیولوژیک و شاخص تحمل چندمتغیره MFDV

کمبود عناصر غذایی از تنش‌های غیرزیستی مهمی است که بر رشد و نمو گیاهان تأثیر می‌گذارد. در این پژوهش، 76 لاین خالص آفتابگردان روغنی جمع‌آوری شده از نقاط مختلف جهان در دو شرایط بهینه و کمبود فسفر قابل جذب به‌صورت مرکب بر پایه طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار در شرایط گلدانی به‌لحاظ برخی صفات فیزیولوژیک مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد کمبود فسفر باعث کاهش میانگین تمام صفات مورد مطالعه آفتابگردان به‌غیر از صفت دمای کانوپی می‌شود. لاین‌های آفتابگردان روغنی در شرایط بهینه و کمبود فسفر به‌ترتیب در پنج و چهار خوشه گروه‌بندی شدند. لاین‌های 19، 21، 27، 44 و 71 که در شرایط بهینه فسفر در خوشه مطلوب قرار گرفته بودند، در شرایط کمبود فسفر نیز در خوشه مطلوب با عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد بالا گروه‌بندی شدند. براساس شاخص تحمل چندمتغیره MFVD برای هر یک از لاین‌ها با استفاده از ماتریس‌های نسبت و حاصل‌ضرب میانگین صفات مورد مطالعه در شرایط بهینه و کمبود فسفر و تجزیه به مؤلفه‌های اصلی روی ماتریس‌های حاصل محاسبه شد. براساس نتایج بای‌پلات حاصل، لاین‌های 71، 74، 65، 21، 39، 7، 18 و 11 به‌عنوان لاین‌های مطلوب و متحمل به کمبود فسفر شناسایی شدند.
