تخمین ارزش اصلاحی صفات زراعی در ژنوتیپ‌های توتون شرقی تحت شرایط نرمال و تنش گل‌جالیز

در یک برنامه اصلاحی اطلاع از نحوه عمل ژن‌ها مهم می‌باشد چرا که اطلاعات در این زمینه به محقق در طراحی برنامه‌های تلاقی و انتخاب مؤثر کمک می‌نماید. در این پژوهش، ارزش اصلاحی صفات مختلف زراعی در توتون‌های شرقی تحت تنش گل‌جالیز با استفاده از بهترین پیش‌بینی نااُریب خطی (BLUP) برآورد شد. برای این منظور 89 ژنوتیپ توتون شرقی بر پایه طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در دو محیط بدون علف‌هرز گل‌جالیز (نرمال) و تنش گل‌جالیز طی دو سال زراعی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. تنش گل‌جالیز از طریق اختلاط 06/0 گرم بذر گل‌جالیز با خاک گلدان اعمال شد. ژنوتیپ C.H.T.209.12e × F.K.40-1 عملکرد بالایی در هر دو شرایط نرمال و تنش گل‌جالیز داشت و از نظر شاخص تحمل و پایداری عملکرد نیز جزو ژنوتیپ‌های مطلوب بود. ژنوتیپ‌ Rustica برترین ژنوتیپ از نظر ارزش اصلاحی اکثر صفات مورد مطالعه در هر دو شرایط نرمال و تنش گل‌جالیز بود. در تجزیه خوشه‌ای بر اساس ارزش اصلاحی صفات، ژنوتیپ‌های توتون در هریک از شرایط نرمال و تنش گل‌جالیز به ترتیب در 6 و 5 گروه تقسیم شدند؛ به طوری که توزیع ژنوتیپ‌ها در گروه‌ها بسته به شرایط متفاوت بود. بالاترین وراثت‌پذیری در شرایط نرمال در وزن تر ریشه و در شرایط تنش گل‌جالیز در صفت وزن تر برگ مشاهده شد. نتایج بررسی نشان داد ژنوتیپی که عملکرد اقتصادی خوبی دارد ممکن است ارزش اصلاحی آن کم باشد. بنابراین در نظر گرفتن اطلاعات ارزش اصلاحی در کنار میانگین فنوتیپی صفات می‌تواند کارایی برنامه‌های اصلاحی را افزایش دهد.
