بررسی پایداری عملکرد ژنوتیپ‌های گندم نان بر اساس‌ روش‌های تک‌متغیره پارامتری و مدل AMMI

به‌منظور تعیین پایداری عملکرد 23 ژنوتیپ گندم نان به‌همراه دو رقم شاهد پیشتاز و پیشگام، آزمایشی در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار طی سه سال زراعی (97-1394) در مزرعه تحقیقاتی پردیس کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی دانشگاه رازی کرمانشاه انجام شد. نتایج تجزیه واریانس مرکب نشان داد که اثر محیط، ژنوتیپ و برهم‌کنش ژنوتیپ در محیط در سطح احتمال 1 درصد برای صفت عملکرد دانه معنی‌دار بود. جهت ارزیابی پایداری از آماره‌های واریانس محیطی، ضریب تغییرات، اکووالانس ریک، واریانس پایداری شوکلا، شیب‌خط رگرسیون، انحراف از رگرسیون، آماره‌های پلاستد و پترسون و روش AMMI استفاده شد. بر اساس نتایج حاصل از تجزیه واریانس AMMI سه مؤلفه اصلی اول در سطح احتمال 1 درصد معنی‌دار بودند. این سه مؤلفه در مجموع 7/85 درصد از مجموع مربعات برهم‌کنش‌ها را توجیه نمودند. هم‌چنین جهت استفاده هم‌زمان از اطلاعات حاصل از مؤلفه‌های AMMI از ارزش پایداری امی ASV استفاده شد. بر اساس شاخص ASV، ژنوتیپ‌های پیشتاز، Wc-4958 و پیشگام با کمترین مقدار ASV به‌عنوان پایدارترین ژنوتیپ‌ها شناخته شدند. ژنوتیپ‌های Wc-4987، Wc-47615، Wc-47399 و Wc-47638 با بیشترین فاصله از مرکز بای‌پلات ناپایدارترین ژنوتیپ‌ها بودند. رقم پیشتاز به‌دلیل داشتن رتبه اول از نظر پارامترهای مورد بررسی و نیز خاصیت نانوایی مناسب و مقاومت به خشکی مطلوب، به‌عنوان پایدارترین ژنوتیپ قابل معرفی می‌باشد. در مجموع، با توجه به تغییرات اقلیمی در کشور به‌ویژه در شرایط دیم، بر پایه آماره‌های مورد بررسی و بای‌پلات حاصل از تجزیه امی می‌توان لاینWc-4958  را در کنار دو رقم پیشتاز و پیشگام، به‌عنوان ژنوتیپ‌هایی پایدار و سازگار برای شرایط دیم منطقه مورد بررسی پیشنهاد نمود.
